About The Coffee Table Café
Originally based out of Popponesset, Massachusetts, the Coffee Table Café offers a Coffee Bar, Gourmet Sandwich Shop and an Assortment of Muffins, Pastries, & Sweets made fresh in their Bakery. Opening their doors in 2004, their success led them to open two other locations, one in Hyannis, MA, while the other’s in Forestdale, MA. The Coffee Table Café quickly became a local favorite as well as a tourist hotspot for their Hyannis location which served the Nantucket bound passengers before the ferry. They offer catering as well as made to order cakes, pies, and any type of pastry.

The Coffee Table Café
Logo Design
The Coffee Tabe Café logo began with its original emblem of a coffee mug. Showcasing the coffee cup as the main logo was the primary focus in creating a new logo as it had been already established and associated with their brand and their company. The text-only logo needed to be simple and understated as it shouldn’t distract or take away from the main focal point of the coffee cup emblem. Throughout the creation of the logo, it was key to keep things simple and minimalistic to showcase the idea of ‘back to basics’ representing the simplicity and elegance of The Coffee Table Café. Having established a primary logo, a text-only logo, and an emblem to signify and represent their brand as a whole, we began to create specific individual location logos. Each location building was photographed, digitally created in a vector-based file and simplified to keep in alignment with the primary logo.
